The retreat is held in a stone-built villa in the White Mountains of Crete, chosen for its quiet character rather than predictable modern minimalism, with enough room to accommodate up to 12 people very comfortably.

Gabriel Pack

Gabriel is a classically trained chef and sommelier. He grew up and lives on the island of Paros but has studied and lived in multiple countries including the US and Italy. He has a passion for the art of food and deep desire to share his love of Greek culture and culinary tradition.
